TGI Hosts Dealer Meeting in Jamaica

Tire Group International (TGI) hosted its third, biennial dealer meeting, “Mission: Happiness 3,” in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

Tire Group International (TGI) hosted its third, biennial dealer meeting, “Mission: Happiness 3,” in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

The five-day event took place at the Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa, and included 160 guests from over 29 countries. During the trip, dealers participated in a number of outdoor activities. They also could attend informative business sessions for dealers on topics such as state of the industry, state of TGI, best operational practices and a motivational speech from TGI’s CEO Tony Gonzalez.

Event sponsors included Atlas Tires, Mickey Thompson, Titan, Mastercraft Tires, Achilles Radial, Kenda, Galaxy, Ohio Rack, Atturo and Oriental Logistics.

According to the report, Nokian Tyres achieved several external sustainability ratings, such as inclusion in the Dow Jones Sustainability Europe Index, platinum medal from EcoVadis, an AAA rating from MSCI and a leadership-level score of A- on the CDP Climate report.
