Tenneco is investing in production capacity and expanded application coverage for its Monroe Quick-Strut replacement strut assemblies to help meet demand.
The company will add two new production cells at its ride control manufacturing facility in Paragould, Ark., to help meet double-digit sales growth, Tenneco said. Additionally, the company will add roughly 50 Quick-Strut part numbers in early 2015, it said.
Monroe Quick-Strut units are a complete, bolt-on solution featuring all of the OE-style components required for a comprehensive strut repair, Tenneco said. Each unit includes a pre-assembled OE-style bearing plate, upper and lower spring isolators, upper spring seat, coil spring, boot kit, and a strut. According to the company, every Monroe Quick-Strut assembly is covered by Tenneco’s limited lifetime warranty and 90-day Safe & Sound Guarantee.
