Tire dealer 20 Group creator and operator Strategic Alliance Group Inc. has issued an open invitation for commercial tire dealers and retread manufacturers to visit the next scheduled meeting of SAG’s Commercial Tire Dealer 20 Group.
The meeting – hosted by Schierl Tire in Wausau, Wis., on Oct. 6-8 – will help familiarize interested prospective members on how the concept operates and give them first-hand experience on how this 20 Group can improve their business.
In addition to deep-dive discussions by members of SAG’s Commercial Tire Dealer 20 Group, there will be daily presentations by SAG’s Alliance Partners, and ample time to network with current members to learn how the 20 Group concept has benefitted their sales, profit and operational results.
Strategic Alliance Group was founded by Stu Zurcher, a former tire dealer, an innovator of the 20 Group concept for tire dealers, and longtime member of TIA’s Board of Directors. “Being part of a 20 Group gives commercial tire dealers enhanced advantages on planning and creating ways to improve gross profit, reduce expenses, re-engineer their business practices and implement management operating systems,” he said. “Our new commercial group will help dealers find answers through sharing with their other successful 20 Group members and the support of SAG’S Alliance Partners.”
