Nexen Tire has ranked first in the tire category for the Global Satisfaction Competency Index (GCSI) 2017 for the eighth consecutive year.
The GCSI is an evaluation system developed by the Global Management Association (GLOMA) under South Korea’s Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy. The system was created to raise awareness of customer satisfaction management and to support high levels of customer service by creating a global industrial competitiveness index.
This year’s survey studied approximately 102,000 Korean residents and their opinions on 750 different products and services across nine different industrial sectors.
GCSI’s certification ceremony was held in Taipei, Taiwan on June 22.
