Kukui Corp. has released the newest version of its marketing software platform, Kukui 4.0.
Kukui 4.0 was developed with input from automotive shop owners to address the needs a service center struggles with everyday.
With consumers communicating and interacting on a variety of mediums, shop owners need to market across multiple channels.
Kukui 4.0 provides a number of new features that help dealers stay ahead of the marketing curve, including data analytics, a user-friendly direct mail program and a new follow-up module to make shop outreach easier, the company said. The software allows shops to determine how marketing programs are impacting revenue and generate reports on new customer acquisitions, average retention levels and business performance. Kukui 4.0 also offers shop owners the ability to compare their data to industry metrics to see how their efforts stack up.

Additional software features include a customer follow-up module that allows shops to automatically generate a call list of customers who are due for upcoming service or maintenance and modules that assist with direct mailing and website design.
Kukui 4.0 is available on a monthly subscription basis and includes access to a dedicated marketing coordinator.
