Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has officially completed its senior executive leadership transition announced earlier this year.
Bradley E. Hughes is now president and CEO of Cooper, following Roy Armes’ Aug. 31 retirement.

Additionally, Thomas P. Capo, has been appointed non-executive chairman of the tiremaker’s board.
