Hankook OE on Nissan Frontier

Hankook-Dynapro-HTHankook Tire Co. will supply its highway all-season Dynapro HT and all-terrain Dynapro AT-M tires as original equipment for the 2016 Nissan Frontier.

The Dynapro HT will be available on the Frontier in sizes P265/70R16T and P265/60R18T, while the Dynapro AT-M will be available in size P265/75R16T.

The Dynapro HT provides drivers greater treadwear, enhanced rolling resistance and improved snow traction, while a wide tread offers driving comfort and better lifespan, Hankook said. Additionally, the tire features a stiff center block and an advanced snow kerf design for heightened steering response and reduced noise, the tiremaker adds.

The Dynapro AT-M offers on and off the road performance and features a tread and sidewall design that resembles tiger teeth for an aggressive look and enhanced driving capability, the tiremaker said. Wraparound tread also guards against possible deformation and provides traction in a variety of conditions, including mud and snow.

Frontier pickups equipped with Hankook OE tires will be exported to North America and Mexico.

The Frontier is the sixth brand from Nissan Group fitted with Hankook tires.
