The state-of-the-art facility, located at 730 Camino Del Rio North in San Diego, is now the largest Evans Tire in the city, boasting 15,000 square feet and 15 bays, the company said.
The grand opening celebration will feature special guests, prize giveaways, food, music, entertainment and deals on tires. Special appearances include Chris Boyer from the “Dave, Shelly, and Chainsaw Show” from radio station 101KGB, who will be broadcasting remotely, and a Pirelli Girl. Prize giveaways include: free oil changes, free alignments, free fuel system flushes, free tickets to a Def Leppard concert, a “Get Up and Go” trip giveaway, and the VIP Ultimate Wheels grand prize a $1,500 value including wheels, tires, oil changes, alignment, and a gift certificate.
Goodyear, Dunlop, Pirelli, and Falken will be onsite offering deals, and an area will be designated for children’s entertainment including a bounce house and Looney Dooney Clown. Papa John’s Pizza will also be on site.
John Andonian, president of Evans Tires, said, “We are excited to launch our new location with a great party! This is an excellent way to take advantage of some great deals, enjoy free entertainment, and make sure your car and tires are in top condition before your summer road trip.”
Andonian, who acquired the company in 2001, grew the business from $9 million in revenue and 9 locations to $25 million in revenue and 17 locations. Now, the successful company is widely known for its affordability and its value-added services, such as a free alignment with the purchase of select tire brands, according to Evans Tires.
