Dunn Tire Launches Newly Redesigned Responsive Site

Buffalo, N.Y., -based Dunn Tire has launched a newly designed and responsive website.Dunn-Tire_Slider

“Our goal is to continually improve the customer experience both in our stores and online,” said Patrick Logue, managing director of retail operations at Dunn Tire. “We monitored how visitors were interacting with our website and listened to customer feedback. We then used this intelligence to drive the website design and new features. We’ve really simplified the tire purchasing process across all devices. Users have total control and instant access to our complete inventory of tire brands and models.”

The new site offers an enhanced tire search, allowing users to filter and sort results by price, brand, warranty, rating, season or to only show tires that have a current promotion or rebate, Dunn said. Additionally, the mobile capable site utilizes GPS technology to help visitors quickly locate, save and contact the nearest Dunn Tire location.

Dunn Tire operates 30 retail locations across western and central New York and northern Pennsylvania.
