Dill Air Controls launched a series of TPMS training and educational videos for consumers, technicians and service advisors.
“The importance of having the proper air pressure in tires and regularly servicing TPMS cannot be stated enough. As TPMS grows, statistics show a decline in automobile accidents directly related to underinflated tires. Educating the customer on the value of their TPMS and why it must be maintained will continue to support safer driving,” said Larry Schlesinger, Dill Air Controls chief engineer and global tire valve expert with the International Organization for Standardization (IOS).
The new series includes the following videos:
For consumers
- Why a Tire Pressure Monitoring System Light Comes on in the Fall
- The Benefits of a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)
For technician and service advisors
- Common Aluminum Valve Stems for Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS)
- Common Rubber Valve Stems for Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS)
