Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. as added a new size to its Roadmaster RM230 HH tire line to meet the demands of severe-duty applications, such as logging and mining, the tiremaker said. The tire will now be available in a 275/70R22.5 size.

Designed to withstand stone penetration, the Roadmaster RM230 HH has an 18-ply rating (load range J) construction, tread depth of 22/32nds as well as cut and chip resistant compounding. Additionally, the tire has a high tensile strength four-belt package to help reinforce the casing, Cooper said.

The RM230 HH comes with a six-year, two retread warranty.
