Coloradoans Team Up to Make Midas Buy

A pair of Colorado-based Midas location owners formed a partnership to buy 30 other Midas stores in the Midwest and Eastern U.S.

Jeff Genuario, president of Midas of Colorado, which owns 10 franchised Midas locations in the Colorado Springs, Denver and Pueblo areas, joined up with Judd Shader, a Denver-based owner of five Midas and four Big O Tire locations, to make the purchase of Midas locations in Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

The deal was reportedly completed in August, and apparently had been in thre works since March.

Genuario and Shader are equal partners in Leeds West Management Group, the partnership they formed to buy the locations from Midas Corp., which is owned by TBC Corp.

Nexen Tire to be the official tire partner of the San Diego Padres

Nexen Tire will be featured on a variety of marketing assets, including billboards and in-ballpark branding at Petco Park.

Nexen Tire America recently revealed a multi-year partnership with the Major League Baseball team San Diego Padres, spanning the 2024-27 seasons. As the Padres' exclusive tire partner, Nexen Tire will be featured on a variety of marketing assets, including digitally enhanced billboards, in-ballpark branding, mound signage, and more, at Petco Park. In 2023, the Padres drew the second-highest attendance in all of MLB.
