The Alliance Tire Group opened its fourth warehouse in North America on March 2.

The 100,000-square-foot warehouse is located in Pomona, Calif., and “reflects Alliance’s continuing commitment to providing outstanding, highly responsive customer service,” according to a statement made by the company.

“The new warehouse is located close to one of the country’s largest container ports as well as major freeways, allowing us to efficiently supply the growing demand for our tires among distributors, dealers and OEMs throughout the western U.S. and Canada,” said James Clark, president of Alliance Tire Americas Inc.

ATA will celebrate the opening of the new warehouse with special grand opening promotions on tire purchases through the facility.

Clark said that the new warehouse supports ATA’s growth initiative west of the Rockies, which also includes expanding the company’s sales, customer service and field engineering staff in the region.

The California warehouse will stock ATG’s Alliance, Galaxy and Primex brands, as well as Aeolus truck tires.
