Joe Torchiana, a Pennsylvania shop owner, takes over as chairman, with Rick Ciesla of Chrysler as vice chairman, John Pfennig of Freightliner as treasurer and Barry Bronson of Valvoline as secretary. Colorado shop owner Stan Elmore is past chairman.
“One of the key strengths of ASE has always been its volunteer board. The diversity of representation of the various business segments within the automotive industry is well reflected in our slate of officers for 2008,” said Ron Weiner, ASE president.
