Beijing’s Ministry of Commerce responded to the Department of Commerce’s decision to enact preliminary anti-dumping duties for certain passenger and light truck tires imported from China stating that the case has “many flaws.”
In a statement, the Ministry of Commerce said that “the U.S. tire industry is in good shape and gets good profit; imports from China did not cause damage to the domestic industry.”
