After more than 40 years in the automotive aftermarket, Affinia Group Inc. president and CEO Terry McCormack plans to step down from his position on March 31, 2014. Effective that day, McCormick will also resign as a member of the board and assume a role as special adviser to board chairman James McElya.
Replacing McCormack will be Keith Wilson, currently president of Affinia’s Filtration Group, a post he has held since 2008. He joined Dana Corp. in 1984 as a sales and marketing specialist with the company’s Spicer Axle division, and in 2000 joined the filtration group as vice president and division manager of Wix Filtration product division. In 2004, Wilson was appointed vice president and general manager of Affinia’s underhood group.
