Whitefield, N.H.-based Aaron’s Repair Center was named the second winner of the Aftermarket Parts Alliance’s Garage Overhaul Sweepstakes.

As the winner of the spring sweepstakes, the shop was awarded $50,000 to put toward a shop makeover.

“Winning the money couldn’t come at a better time. I just finished making some improvements, and this will allow me to really elevate my shop to the next level,” said Aaron Belanger, owner of Aaron’s Repair Center.

On the shop’s exterior, Belanger plans to improving the signage, install an exterior lift and complete some landscaping and repairs to the driveway. On the interior, he plans to update the waiting room and customer service area with fresh paint, new moldings, flooring and furniture. The office will also be given facelift with new paint and shelves, the bathroom will be updated and a work sink will be installed for the technicians.

Additionally, Belanger will upgrade the security system and add security cameras to the outside of the shop.
