Electronics designer AM Bromley Ltd. has launched the Tire Monitor System for large OTR equipment.

The new pressure monitoring system includes both internal pressure sensors and a log graph display that the company said puts "performance data at the manager's fingertips."

Manufactured by AM Bromley, the TMS “provides visible, real-time data to drivers and managers that ensure a strong return on the investment they make in their tires, for as long as possible,” the company claimed.

“TMS’s blend of innovative electronics with smart software includes the minimization of vehicle down time, the avoidance of accelerated wear, reduction in tire failure frequency, maximization of fuel efficiency and the reduction of costly repairs associated with poor tire pressure maintenance,” AM Bromley claimed.

The TMS Log Graph generates visual reports of tire performance data from all wheel positions of OTR equipment, allowing site and equipment managers to take appropriate action at the earliest opportunity.
TMS internal sensor are said to be “one of the most robust products on the market and can withstand the most challenging of physical environments, including dust and temperature changes,” according to AB Bromley.
