Ulf Berghult has been appointed new chief financial officer of the Trelleborg Group, assuming that role in the second quarter of 2012.
He replaces Carolina Happe, who is leaving Trelleborg to join Assa Abloy as CFO in the spring.
Berghult most recently served as CFO of Dometic Group, a manufacturer and supplier of products for the motorhome, automotive, truck and boating industries. Previously he was CFO of the Thule Group and Rolls Royce Marine Systems, among other companies. Between 1987 and 1995, he was employed as controller within the Trelleborg Group.
