Federal-Mogul plans to launch an "extensive schedule" of consumer rebate offers to support its lines of Anco wiper blades, Champion spark plugs, filters and performance additives, Wagner ThermoQuiet brakes and Wagner lighting products.
The promotional program, said the company, will be backed by a "highly consumer-friendly online rebate tracking and redemption system."
"We have demonstrated over the past two years that special offers on premium quality branded products are highly appealing to today's value-conscious vehicle owners," said Michael Proud, director of marketing. "We are excited to be expanding our promotional programs to help our trade partners increase their shares of key parts and service categories. The enhancements we are making to our rebate process will make it easier than ever for consumers to submit, track and receive their rebates."
Each Federal-Mogul rebate offer will be tied to a brand-specific promotion website that will help guide consumers through the online submission process, the company said.
Customers will receive ongoing email communication regarding the status and timing of their rebate deliveries, and will have option to take their rebates in the form of a prepaid card, direct payment to their PayPal account or as a paper check.
