Continental Commercial Vehicles & Aftermarket has announced additional vehicle validations for its VDO REDI-Sensor Multi-Application TPMS Sensors. New validations expand the coverage for currently available REDI-Sensor #SE10001 for Chrysler, Ford, GM, Hummer, Hyundai, Isuzu, Kia, Mazda, Mitsubishi and Nissan. The new VDO REDI-Sensor #SE10002, which covers Acura, Honda, Lexus, Scion and Toyota, as well as additional Hyundai and Kia validations, will be available to service technicians in the first quarter of 2012. The sensors are compatible with all major TPMS scan tools and are OE-validated for fit, function and reliability. REDI-Sensors can be used by themselves or in combination with OE sensors on a vehicle, the company noted.
