Goodyear India has appointed Daniel Lawrence Smytka as its chairman following the resignation of Pierre Eric Cohade, effective immediately.
"Cohade, chairman and director, had resigned from the board of the company effective the close of business hours on Dec. 15, 2011," Goodyear India said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Smytka also has been appointed an additional director of the company.
