Massachusetts dealer Sullivan Tire & Auto Service is an active participant in the RMA's "Be Tire Smart" program and the annual National Tire safety Week program. It is also a very charitable organization, donating thousands of dollars and manhours to local groups and events.
Recently, Sullivan Tire had the opportunity to tie the two together. During a recent promotion by Sullivan Tire & Auto Service’s Fall River, Mass., location, the company partnered with the University of Massachusetts women’s soccer team to host a car wash fundraiser to help finance a trip to an upcoming international tournament.
Included with every car wash was a free tire check that included RMA’s Be Tire Smart – Play Your PART brochure.
Also participating in the Fall River event were InControl Driving, a Sullivan Tire partner in safe driver education, and Boston Red Sox mascot Wally the Green Monster, shown here with members of the UMASS women’s soccer squad.
