Sheen Coatings Co. has unveiled a new silicone-free tire dressing, PowerSheen Tire Brite. The manufacturer said the tire dressing dries in minutes for a beautiful shine, is guaranteed to last more than four months, will not sling, and with its UV protection, will keep tires looking new far longer. The water-based dressing does not attract brake dust and other contaminants the way silicone-based tire dressings can, the maker added. A cleaner to remove all traces of applied silicone before the sponge-on dressing is applied is also available.
