Even though the World Cup-winning Spain national team was beating the U.S. men's national team in an international friendly, Kumho Tire USA scored by teaming up with a local dealer and a former U.S. soccer star.
Kumho teamed up with Sullivan Tire & Auto Service to showcase its partnership with the U.S. Men’s National Team. Sullivan Tire, with 53 retail locations throughout New England, hosted U.S. soccer legend Alexi Lalas for a meet-and-greet prior to the June 4 match at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass.
Sullivan Tire also used the occasion to launch its philanthropic social media campaign supporting America SCORES New England.
Kumho is the official tire of the U.S. Men’s National Team, and has committed to providing America SCORES New England with 750 new soccer balls for children in its program upon reaching 15,000 likes on its Facebook page at facebook.com/kumhotire.
