Chilton, part of Cengage Learning, has released Chilton 2011 Labor Guide: Domestic and Imported Vehicles (ISBN: 978-1-1115-4291-7) and Chilton 2011 Labor Guide CD-ROM (ISBN: 978-1-1115-4294-8). These guides cover more than two decades of repair time information, and have been updated with new vehicle models and labor operations to keep industry professionals current with new technologies, Chilton noted. The guides were created with consideration for warranty time, component location, component type, technicians’ work environment, the training they receive and the tools they use when calculating a labor time.
