OTC, an SPX brand, has released the latest Pegisys software subscription (Version 2.1) to its on-tool repair and diagnostic information suite. It focuses on USA domestic vehicle coverage and contains improvements in all aspects of the core scan application, OTC said.
This release, the second installment of the 2010 models, introduces several new features, including the exclusive Code-Assist Experienced-Based Confirmed Fixes, powered by Identifix. This addition gives technicians access to more than 3 million vehicle-specific Confirmed Fixes for OBD-II diagnostic trouble codes directly at their fingertips. No Internet connection is required to use this technician database.
