Pirelli Tire North America introduced its latest DOT-approved track tires, the P Zero Trofeo, this week at the SEMA Show.
The tire features an asymmetric tread with two wide central ribs, large tread blocks, an inner area with greater groove density and an outer area with a pattern derived from asphalt rally applications, Pirelli said.
Pirelli said the P Zero Trofeo delivers improved grip, uniform contact pressure and better control at speed than previous offerings.
