Today’s grand re-opening of Community Tire & Auto’s Phoenix location has been highly touted throughout the local market.
According to Pat Fleischmann, wife of co-owner Howard Fleischmann, the store’s rework was highly driven by Community Tire’s involvement in the AskPatty.com for Tire Dealers and certification as a “Female Friendly Tire Retailer.”
Community Tire is a 2007 Tire Review Top Shop Award finalist, and was the first North American tire dealer to complete the AskPatty.com training and certification program.
“Through the AskPatty program, we’ve learned that treating women the same as men does not necessarily yield the ideal experience for women,” said Howard Fleischmann. “With an increased awareness of what elements women seek in a positive automotive servicing experience, our service centers are better prepared to meet and exceed the expectations of our female customers.”
